How long should I wait for my product to be shipped after ordering it?

• Prints will ship out within 5-7 business days and will be delivered in 5-7 business days within the United States. International could take 3 to 5 weeks delivered by USPS.

• Customized paintings will take 4-6 weeks to create and 5-7 business days to ship. Shipping is available to all of the United States. International shipping could take 2 to 3 weeks delivered by USPS.

• Dried bouquets will ship out within 5-7 business days and will be delivered! Dried bouquet arrangement request may take between 2-4 weeks to produce and ship out. All bouquets are subject to change depending on availability.

• Pick-up option is available! If you’re in the LA area and can’t wait to get this in your hands, DM @jewelsalesart for a pick-up location.

Do you do returns? What’s the policy on your art?

We do not accept returns. Any damaged items can be replaced or remade. All artwork is customized and one of a kind, therefore replicas can look a little different.

Would you be able to paint me or someone upon request?

Absolutely! We love customizing and making any virtual hug feel special. Send us your favorite pictures and we will take care of the rest! Just order from the Commissions page here. All custom orders take 4-6 weeks to produce and another 5-7 business days to ship.

I want a dried bouquet arrangement! How do I get one?

We have our dried bouquets available on our Shop tab. Dried bouquet arrangements are subject to change due to floral availability. Some arrangement are one of one and once it’s sold out, it won’t be available for purchase. If you want to request a custom one, please fill out our dried bouquet request form. Your commissions takes 1-3 weeks to create.

How do I take care of my dried arrangement?

Dried Flower Care Tips:
Dried Flowers arrangements are real preserved flowers. They can last from 3-5 years, depending on care.

• Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid losing color.

• Avoid heavy pressure. Shedding is normal.

• Keep them away from your furry friends (pets)!

• No water necessary.

• Lastly, TLC - love them forever & enjoy!
